Ensuring Client Satisfaction

Our Clients

SGS Professional continually measure and benchmark client satisfaction levels. Our Marketing Department, acting independently, contacts clients throughout the engagement and implementation process and assesses their level of satisfaction with our organisation

How do we Measure Client Satisfaction?

A series of short surveys are conducted with the client at various stages of the process. Each survey is about 5 questions long and will only take a few minutes to complete. Weighted scores are allocated to the responses that the client gives so that an overall satisfaction rating can be calculated. Our client facing staff are remunerated based on the client satisfaction scores that they achieve - giving them the incentive to ensure that our clients are happy.

Once we engage with a client we aim to keep them for a matter of years, rather than for just one project. So, we invest in getting to know their organisation and ensure that we get the relationship right.
